I. DISPOZIȚII GENERALE
Prezenta Politică descrie modul în care S.C. CAMARADUL S.R.L. ("Camaradul" sau "Operatorul") colectează, utilizează, stochează și protejează datele cu caracter personal ale Clienților săi, în conformitate cu GDPR.
II. CATEGORII DE DATE COLECTATE ȘI SCOPUL PRELUCRĂRII
Operatorul colectează datele dumneavoastră exclusiv în scopul furnizării serviciilor solicitate (fitness, nutriție, consultanță disciplinară) și al îndeplinirii obligațiilor legale.
Date de Identificare (Nume, Prenume, Telefon, E-mail): Colectate pentru crearea contului de Client, comunicare și facturare (Temei Legal: Executarea Contractului).
Date de Sănătate/Fitness (Obiective, date din aplicația PRO, obiceiuri): Colectate pentru personalizarea programului de antrenament și a sfaturilor nutriționale (Temei Legal: Consimțământul explicit al Clientului - Art. 9(2) a).
Date de Plată (Număr Card, Nume Titular): Colectate pentru procesarea plăților (Temei Legal: Executarea Contractului).
Notă privind Datele de Plată: Camaradul SRL nu stochează datele complete ale cardului dumneavoastră. Acestea sunt procesate exclusiv prin intermediul platformelor de plată sigure și certificate (terți) care respectă standardele PCI DSS.
III. TERMENUL DE PĂSTRARE A DATELOR
Datele sunt păstrate pe durata necesară îndeplinirii scopurilor: 5 ani de la încetarea relației contractuale pentru conformarea cu legislația fiscală, și pe durata abonamentului pentru datele de fitness/sănătate.
IV. DEZVĂLUIREA ȘI TRANSFERUL DATELOR
Datele dumneavoastră pot fi dezvăluite către Parteneri Contractuali (Ex: platforma Hostinger pentru găzduire, TrainingPeaks pentru monitorizare sportivă, platforme de plată) și Autorități Publice (Ex: ANAF), conform obligațiilor legale. Transferul în afara UE se realizează doar pe baza clauzelor contractuale standard (GDPR) care asigură protecția datelor.
V. MĂSURI DE SECURITATE
Operatorul se angajează să ia toate măsurile tehnice și organizatorice necesare pentru a proteja datele dumneavoastră (Ex: conexiuni securizate SSL, acces restricționat, criptare).
VI. DREPTURILE CLIENTULUI (PERSOANEI VIZATE)
Conform GDPR, aveți dreptul de acces, rectificare, ștergere (dreptul de a fi uitat), restricționarea prelucrării, portabilitatea datelor, dreptul de a se opune și dreptul de a retrage consimțământul (pentru datele sensibile/sănătate).
